His work with Bisnow, a leading commercial real estate media platform, has given him key insights into the industry, strengthening his ability to navigate real estate funding strategies. In addition, he has successfully raised and managed capital for film productions, demonstrating his ability to secure financing for large-scale projects. A Texas State University professor, McCoy College of Business graduate (cum laude), and Dean’s List honoree, Richeler was also part of the highly selective Student Managed Investment Fund, where he gained hands-on experience in financial strategy and asset allocation.
